DESCRIPTION:🧘🐾 Paws & Poses: Puppy Yoga at Pups Without Borders\nStretch\, smile\, and surround yourself with rescue puppies during a one-of-a-kind yoga experience benefiting Pups Without Borders. \nJoin us on Saturday\, July 25 for Paws & Poses\, a relaxing morning of yoga\, puppy cuddles\, and community—all while helping provide lifesaving care for rescue dogs and puppies in need. Our 60-minute Puppy Yoga session begins at 11:30 AM\, but the fun doesn’t stop there. The doors will be open from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM\, giving you plenty of time to meet our adorable rescue puppies\, snap photos\, relax with fellow dog lovers\, and soak up plenty of puppy kisses before and after class. \nWhether you’re an experienced yogi or simply looking for a unique way to spend your Saturday morning\, this class is designed to be lighthearted\, welcoming\, and filled with joy. Don’t be surprised if a curious puppy wanders over to say hello\, curls up on your mat\, or decides your downward dog is the perfect place for a cuddle! Your $25 donation reserves your spot and directly supports the lifesaving work of Pups Without Borders\, helping provide medical care\, food\, shelter\, and loving homes for rescue dogs throughout Southern California. Participants must be at least 16 years of age to attend. \nMeet Your Instructor\nAustin Hollingshead is a Los Angeles–based yoga instructor whose classes combine movement\, mindfulness\, and a healthy sense of humor. Over the past eight years\, he’s taught at studios including Alo Yoga\, Equinox\, Satorii\, and CEREMNY\, and has led wellness events for organizations such as Coachella and Breast Cancer Awareness.
