- Foster: Provide a temporary home for a dog in need and play a direct role in their journey to adoption

Ways to Volunteer
Volunteers are at the heart of Pups Without Borders, helping us show up for dogs in need in so many meaningful ways. Whether you prefer hands-on time with pups or supporting behind the scenes, there are flexible opportunities to fit your schedule and interests.
Here are just a few ways you can get involved:
- Hands-On with Dogs: Walk and spend time with rescue pups while helping them build confidence
- Transport & Events: Assist with rides, vet trips, supply runs, or help at puppy-filled events
- Special Skills: Use your talents to support our mission in areas like social media, design, or fundraising

Ways to Foster
Fostering is the backbone of Pups Without Borders – every foster home allows us to save another dog or litter of puppies. By opening your home, you provide a safe, loving space where dogs can decompress, heal, and prepare for their forever families.
We make fostering as supportive and accessible as possible:
- Fully Supported: We provide all supplies and cover any medical care your foster may need
- Flexible Commitment: Most dogs stay around 2 weeks, while pregnant or nursing moms may need 1–2 months
- High Impact: Every foster home directly allows us to rescue another dog in need
No matter the length of stay, fostering is one of the most direct and impactful ways to help save lives – one home at a time.
